Hoi Amy,
I feel my teeth are decaying fast since I started raw food. They have become porous and combined with jaw gnashing / clamping of my teeth they wear out faster. Also I feel they’ve turned more yellow.
I eat leafy greens, green apples, carrots, celery, almonds. Lemon and physalis juice I drink through a straw.
Also I started using fluoride toothpaste which does help.
I understand animal products (meat, cheese, yogurt) and chicken broth can help. So I thinking of changing my diet.
Do you have any insights on this?
Regards,

Hi F,
';
Maybe eat more wakame and hiziki sea vegetables for calcium? Any history with mercury fillings? Out of season tropical fruit sugar overload?
Vitamin D and E deficiency?
Nervous imbalance, hyper-tension can interfere with laying down good calcium tissue, as can lack of sufficient aerobic exercise. Practicing calming the mind can help with the former.
Hope you find the relief you seek!
That’s really interesting. The raw teeth-health conversation. Some looking to animal products and Weston Price strategies and appearing to receive benefit. The detox point feels resonant with me. When I took up very high raw again, my teeth showed a reaction: sensitivity, a chunk of tooth fell out, old fillings needing to be replaced. I can’t help but wonder, hope? That this is part of overall renewal. For the last two months I have supported the cleanse with colon hydrotherapy, including a clay and herbs protocol advised by my therapist. I feel much better for this and really; just wish that my body is sorting itself out as an ongoing, long term proposition and that I can relax and trust it. To have to think about including animal products again makes my head spin and I would really prefer not to! Thanks and blessings.
